If you have quite a complex question, several questions, or you want me to go over a test result for you, please book a Mini E-Consult. Email me (micki@purehealthclinic.co.uk) a briefish paragraph of what's been going on/your questions. I'll come back to you for clarifications or ask if I need more info, don't worry. If it's for a test, send me the results and a brief paragraph about why you were testing so I have some context. I'll then get back to you by email with my thoughts asap. I may suggest more time or a case review, depending on how much time it will take me/how complex it is. Don't worry if you're not sure, I'll advise you. Note: this service is open to anyone; you don't need to have bought your test through me.

ONE-OFF CASE REVIEW
This is if you need someone to go over your case history and pluck out any missing gaps/give you some suggestions. You can use it as a one-off and I will advise you on a possible way forward/what tests to take/what to investigate more/what supplements/diet/lifestyle changes might help. You book, I send an email explaining what's happening next, send some forms, ask you to send me test results/GP letters or whatever and then, once I have all that, I will schedule you in to review. This is an email service so no need for appointments, and you get everything in writing, which is great for brain fog! Once I've analysed everything, I will email you my thoughts and specific recommendations - lifestyle, diet, supplements, other therapies, tests etc, as appropriate. It's then up to you what you do with that info - I always suggest you discuss it with your chosen health professionals. The cost includes two or three clarification emails as I know these things can be complex!

For Progress Reviews (existing patients only, not taking on new patient cases currently, sorry), you are in charge and book when you need one. About 6 weeks between them is ideal, but some cases need more or less often. They are designed to see how you are doing and to 'progress' you, tweak protocols, assess priorities, what's worked, what needs more work etc etc. My advice generally would be don't leave it too long and stagnate or think something's not working - the point is to work out a way forward together. Once you book, I send you a couple of forms to complete - depending on your case - and a symptom checklist to rescore so we can tease out the priorities. I'll then analyse and report back with my thoughts/changes/recommendations.
